How secure is my Investment?
As an early adopter your money will be put on an escrow account, locked with certain parameters making it impossible for us to use the money for anything else than buying a solarfarm. In the event of bankruptcy you will also get your investment back.
Is there any associated risks?
As with all investments, there are risks involved when investing in our loans and as an investor there is a risk you may lose some or all of your investment.
Investments in assets in emerging countries including those located in Africa, Asia, and Latin America may carry higher investment risks. Such risks include political risk, economic instability, laws and regulations.
Insolvency or Restructuring
The solar company or any supplier, partner or contractor involved in switchr can be subject to insolvency or restructuring procedures which may affect their or our ability to fulfill their obligations.
All investments in to solarfarms will be conducted in the local currency, were the majority will be in Euro.
Is it possible to invest as a company?
Yes. All you have to do is check the box “I invest on behalf of my company” to enter the company credentials upon registration.
Do I have to live in Scandinavia?
No. You are able to invest from the majority of European countries but you are unable to invest as a US citizen for now. We are a Norwegian company were the brand SWITCHR is owned by the limited liability company MY Power AS.
How much do I have to invest?
As an early adopter the smallest investment size is set to € 1.000, this will represent 4 solar panels of production when the platform goes live.
What is the highest amount for an investment?
The highest amount to invest is unlimited through our early adopter platform. But we highly recommend to contact us before making an investment higher than € 50.000
